We are pleased to announce the PMDK 1.13.1 patch release.

The 1.13.1 release:

• Greatly simplifies our testing cycle and infrastructure maintenance by leveraging GHA runners.
• Fixes minor Valgrind instrumentation issues and memory leaks in libpmem2.
